This is a posting for a law clerk position at a well-established small law firm with a general practice, but specializing in municipal law and employment law. For a full-time position, you will be expected to work from Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For a part-time position, scheduling is flexible, but you will be expected to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week. Duties will primarily involve performing research and drafting legal memoranda, letters, pleadings, motions and other documents.<\/p>\n
