FREE MBE PRACTICE EXAMS<\/p>\n
Students planning to graduate in May, 2011:
\nThe Multistate Bar Examination (MBE), developed by the National Council of Bar Examiners, is a six-hour, 200-question multiple-choice examination covering contracts, torts, constitutional law, criminal law and procedure, evidence, and real property.<\/p>\n
The NCBE has two online practices exams (each one is a 100-question, practice exam using questions drawn from recent MBEs) available for purchase. This year the Law School received funding to purchase both practices tests for all May 2011 juris doctor graduates.<\/p>\n
As these exams are only available online, NCBE emails each student passwords and information about how to access the exams. The Law School needs authorization before it can provide a student\u2019s email address to the NCBE.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Please stop by the Office of Academic Success Programs to pick up and sign an authorization form.<\/p>\n
