Assist with various corporate matters, including global subsidiary management, corporate governance matters and SEC filings. Assist with M&amp;A and other strategic transactions. Assist with the development of policies, training materials, checklists and guidelines in a variety of practice areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Qualifications:<\/em><\/strong> 1L or 2L. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
