The Foundation supports fellowship projects which address unmet civil legal needs facing low-income individuals and families in Ohio. Each fellow must work together with an Ohio host organization to develop a proposed project.<\/p>\n<p>Fellows will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and up to $6,000 in annual educational loan repayment assistance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FELLOWSHIP APPLICATION TIMELINE<\/strong><br \/>\nMonday, October 1, 2018\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Application is due to the Foundation by<br \/>\n5:00 pm EDT<br \/>\nNovember 2018\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Interviews for selected candidates<br \/>\nFriday, December 14, 2018\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Fellowships announced<br \/>\nSeptember 2019 2019\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Fellowships begin<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong> You must be a third-year law student or a recent law school graduate who demonstrates a commitment to public interest law. You must be eligible and agree to take the Ohio bar examination in the summer of 2019; OR, be admitted to practice law in Ohio; OR, be licensed in another state and eligible for temporary admission before taking the Ohio bar examination. You must identify an Ohio organization to serve as your host organization and full-time employer during the fellowship term. Together with your host organization, you will propose a project that will allow you to use your legal skills to address civil legal needs faced by low-income individuals and families throughout Ohio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 To apply, please submit the following electronically IN A SINGLE PDF FILE, in the order indicated below.
