Have\nthe ability to work on a team or individually. Candidate should be prepared to\nconduct legal and internet-based research; draft memos, contract provisions,\nand policies; analyze data relating to regulatory compliance matters and create\nsummaries of the results; work with contract and other administrative\ndatabases, and perform other tasks as assigned. Should be comfortable with\nMicrosoft Office (Word\/Excel) and have the ability to learn additional\nsoftware, specific to health care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong>&nbsp;1L or 2L. Must maintain a\ncompetitive GPA and be willing to learn. Must be legally authorized to work in\nthe USA.
