The law clerk would support the litigation attorneys by assembling\nand organizing information for legal documents, researching the law, assembling\ncase materials, and writing reports and memoranda. There may be an opportunity\nfor increased hours during the Summer and a continued part-time position during\nthe 2019-2020 school year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties: <\/strong>Legal\nresearch&nbsp;(Westlaw experience is preferred); Prepares legal drafts,\nincluding complaints, discovery requests, responses, motions, and other\npleadings; Prepares for trial by preparing trial briefs, exhibits, subpoenas,\nevidence, and motions; Assist paralegals and attorneys in locating files and\norganizing, copying, and maintaining documents; and Protects law firm&#8217;s\nreputation by keeping client information confidential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications: <\/strong>1L, 2L Excellent\nresearch and writing skills (Knowledge of Westlaw is a plus).
