Ability to meet deadlines\nand work efficiently. Ability to prioritize work, without significant\noversight. Ability to type and use a variety of computer programs and software\nincluding amongst others: Microsoft Package, and electronic document\nmanagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties: <\/strong>Will draft and\nnegotiate numerous documents related to real estate transactions, including but\nnot limited to leases, licenses, easements, estoppels, NDA&#8217;s, and purchases and\nsale agreements.&nbsp;Verbal and written communications to the company.
