Prepare initial drafts of legal documents or\ncorrespondence. Assist with discovery in litigation, employment and IP matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications: <\/strong>1L, 2L, PT 3L.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate\nacross the organization on issues with a sense of urgency. High level of\ncompetency with the Microsoft Office software package. Ability to search SEC\nand corporate filings. Ability to work with legal counsel in non-US\njurisdictions on various matters.
