Part-time opportunity\nduring the school year and full-time during Summer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duties: <\/strong>Research law,\nstatutes, regulations and other precedents and trends and prepare legal\nmemoranda. Protect company information by keeping company and client\ninformation confidential. Assist with litigation matters and regulatory filings\nwith occasional delivering and filing of legal documents. Assists with,\norganizes, and tracks case files and monitors new or updated regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications: <\/strong>1L or 2L. In good\nstanding. Experience with Lexis. Familiarity with administrative law or a\nregulatory environment is preferred. Ability to work with a minimum of\nsupervision. A part-time opportunity during the school year. Full-time during\nthe Summer break. Evenings students are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>$18.00 per hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please Note: <\/strong>The person will be\nhired by a staffing company as a temporary individual and work on-site at\nFirstEnergy.
