You may expect constant opportunities to\nobserve court proceedings and interact with clients, attorneys, and judges. The\nposition will essentially mirror the duties of a first-year Associate, other\nthan court appearances.&nbsp;This position is paid, but we are willing to\ncomply with whatever requirements you may have for supervision hours or\nexternship credit if preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications: <\/strong>Rising 2L or 3L.&nbsp;\nRequires excellent research and writing skills and superb attention to detail.\nAlso requires communication and problem-solving skills. Candidate should be\nable to work autonomously, assess fact-patterns, and foresee potential outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hours: <\/strong>20-40 hours per week\nduring summer.
