Transports files and documents within the court or to other offices; Operates\nfax machine to send and receive fax communications; Transcribes dictation; Operates\ncopy machine and prepares documents for mailing;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications: <\/strong>Three to five\nyears of secretarial experience. Typing at a minimum of 55 WPM; Excellent\ncustomer service and communication skills; The ability to handle multiple tasks\nand multiple telephone lines simultaneously; Proficient in Microsoft Word 2010\nor above. MUST be able to move a heavy cart fully loaded with case files\nthroughout the building. Prior experience in the court system and\/or dealing\nwith the public is a plus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hours: <\/strong>8:00 &#8211; 4:00\nMonday through Friday.
