Participants in the Dwellworks internship program experience far more than the typical summer internship. Through one of the most innovative, comprehensive and coolest internships, students are welcomed into a unique corporate culture and exposed to a plethora of projects, activities and professional development opportunities. Our interns will participate in a full-time paid internship program which is structured to improve the content of their resume and prepare them for the business world.<br><br><strong> WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH<\/strong><br> Daily Legal Internship Responsibilities &#8212; Assist in a variety of practice areas including contract, property, ethics, corporate, data privacy, and employment \u25cf Draft and review various types of legal agreements, including vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, property leases, and licensing agreements \u25cf Research compliance, regulatory, and legislative matters \u25cf Assist legal counsel with daily duties<br><br><strong>Professional Development<\/strong> &#8212; Participate in customer service training along with additional professional development training sessions \u25cf Take part in company-wide and department specific team meetings \u25cf Collaborate with interns from our US and international offices and preset on a predetermined topic to upper management \u25cf Meet with HR to review resume &amp; cover letters \u25cf Participate in interview workshop and have mock interviews<br> Fun &#8212; Participate in our engagement committee \u25cf Blog about internship experience<br><br><strong>Qualifications<\/strong>: Your Education (Required) &#8212; Currently pursuing a JD or LLM and have completed 1L year<br><br><strong>Your Experience <\/strong>(Preferred) &#8212; Business background or interest in business practice \u25cf Interest in corporate or international practice <br><br><strong>Your Additional Skills and Abilities <\/strong>&#8212; Ability to handle confidential information Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite \u25cf Excellent written &amp; verbal communication \u25cf Comfortable speaking to clients on the phone \u25cf Strong organizational skills \u25cf Works effectively with others in a collaborative team environment \u25cf Manages work assignments to meet deadlines<br><br><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong> Apply via the Dwellworks webpage at: https:\/\/bit.ly\/2Mo38nN <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deadline:  December 31, 2019 <\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AkronLawJobs No. 10578 Overview: OUR POSITION IN A NUTSHELL Ready to love where you work this summer?
