Name of Scholarship: Werman Salas P.C. Labor And Employment Law Scholarship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Award: $1,000 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Short Description: Applicants must submit a combined personal statement and essay (under 800 words) describing their interest in labor or employment law, workers\u2019 rights, or economic policy relating to overtime pay, minimum wages, or gender-based pay disparities; and how that interest informs their future employment goals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Eligibility Requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In order for students to participate in this scholarship contest, applicants must meet the following criteria: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Must be currently attending an American University or College and enrolled in any undergraduate program <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Submit an online submission for the chosen topic via email and provide their Name, Address, Phone Number and Proof of Enrollment <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Must provide the essay submission attached (as a .pdf) to the application email <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The application deadline is September 1, 2020 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
