Students will assist Legal Aid attorneys in\nrepresenting individual clients in a variety of legal issues that impact\nshelter, health\/safety, and economic security. Areas of practice include housing, consumer, public benefits,\neducation, family\/domestic violence, employment\/barriers to employment, and\ntax. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our\nSpring Program starts in mid-January (applications accepted October\/November)\nand our Fall Program begins in late August\/early-September (applications\naccepted May\/early-August). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Student Qualifications: Legal Aid externs\nshould be currently enrolled in law school.
