The Intake Specialist will provide\ncustomer service to callers who are looking to be connected with a lawyer or\nneeds legal direction. Primary duties will include: Intake of incoming phone\ncalls to LRS; Spotting legal issues based on facts provided by callers;\nProviding a referral to an attorney or governmental agency as determined by the\nfacts presented; Managing voicemails and emails; Maintaining database (iMIS)\nrecords related to LRS referrals and Miscellaneous research and data reporting\ntasks as needed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open\nto all class years. The potential candidate must be detail oriented and an\neffective communicator. Legal knowledge is needed to identify legal issues. The\nsalary is $10\/hour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Intake\nSpecialists work 5.5 hour shifts: 8:30am-2:00pm and\/or 10:30am \u2013 4:00pm <\/p>\n\n\n\n
