Akron\nLaw Alumni Chris White will be offering a two-night training seminar for Akron\nLaw students interested in solo practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHow\nto Hang Out Your Shingle\u201d: The Business of Practice<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This\nprogram is being presented by Christopher White, 2011 University of Akron,\nSchool of Law alumni and Managing Partner for White Law Office, Co. (thewhitelawoffice.com<\/a>).\nThe first milestone of your legal career is designing a practice that generates\nvalue, giving back to you more than it takes. This program will (1) cover\npractical steps for setting up and administering a solo or small firm, and (2)\nexplore some of the most common pitfalls solo and small firm owners and\npractitioners encounter. Whether you are going to go solo or build a firm, it\nis no longer enough to be a legal practitioner, you must also be an\nentrepreneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
