Ohio, Chair of Citizens for a Safe and Fair Cleveland, and the first vice-president of the Cleveland N.A.A.C.P.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Rosman is general counsel at the Center for Individual Rights.\u00a0 He argued <em>United States v. Morrison<\/em> before the Supreme Court, has worked on cases such as <em>Grutter v. Bollinger, <\/em>and <em>Gratz v.
