and 2) network with industry professionals from across the country.\u00a0 Funding for this scholarship is subject to vary year to year based upon the operational funds available to ASPL.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recipient will receive a complimentary registration to\nthe annual Developments in Pharmacy Law Seminar in the current year to earn up\nto 15 hours of continuing education and participate in a variety of networking\nopportunities.&nbsp; A complimentary&nbsp;hotel-stay up to&nbsp;3&nbsp;nights\nat the conference hotel (room &amp; tax only)&nbsp;and reimbursement of up to\n$750&nbsp;travel to attend the conference.&nbsp; Recipients will also receive a\ncomplimentary&nbsp;1 year&nbsp;ASPL Student Membership&nbsp;giving access to\nmonthly member newsletters, reduced registration fees for live and on-demand\nwebinars and potential participation in various ASPL committees and work\ngroups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n<strong>Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Applicant must be a full-time student of an ACPE accredited entry-level pharmacy degree program in the U.S.\u00a0<br>OR A full-time student enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school to pursue the JD degree. <\/li><li>Applicant must be a U.S. citizen\u00a0or permanent resident of the U.S.\u00a0 <\/li><li>Applicant must be actively enrolled in school\u00a0November 5-8, 2020\u00a0of the Developments in Pharmacy Law Seminar.\u00a0 <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selection Criteria<\/strong><br>\nThe selection process includes review of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Academic transcripts from law school or college of  pharmacy\u00a0 <\/li><li>Letter of reference from law school or pharmacy  professor\u00a0 <\/li><li>A brief essay\u00a0(500 words or less)\u00a0of\u00a0the  applicant\u2019s interest\u00a0in\u00a0pharmacy law and how attendance at the  conference will help in\u00a0their career\u00a0pursuits\u00a0 <\/li><li>ASPL may require additional information as part of the application process as it deems necessary to select a recipient\u00a0who best meets the purposes of the scholarship.\u00a0 <\/li><li>Financial need is not a criterion\u00a0 <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\n<strong>Deadline for submission of an <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/nam03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fclicks.memberclicks-mail.net%2Fls%2Fclick%3Fupn%3DLYKwADRyow-2FVNXayFUh7gXmfCgfUZyPHRBqLz-2BXI-2FqgUfxss-2FnEkJRzVIQL4MwsutBds4q77OOeSn-2Fp15qwOzjNLXb22kIR8aQfHoC7QfUSHSPYDEV5WYU6jrvXvmLwCuF7P_yxPhqIUPespX23IQHmwZGgrLWuEdT0N8serNf9e63u7B6Whf3aKZANcwoZP4mQaWMI9kdf8Qxp4y-2Fl0J3moOt3TlxQBqN4kL4udkrSBYospN3pko5Y5GZMmSwMGWhK8BGq-2FiLZ6mBLYsDTtXQ4izZymxFoUmqLQxxO-2FePPlqx7uUDnpy0nGBpdsyKHQ2hEdbugnJea8iKz5oM8-2FjpKq8kw7OJQrCYov0sxdcwB5gCZGXMyEdXGiPWYvRvLthDo4pnWoY22Vti-2BplIpZyn-2Fm3iNQfuvUAH4BAwxFW36n5gTo2iwzzFgvHAL-2BJ4WYW1yLjT1pMFFwGnfs85KP52HQkBkub4C7yB0gIOt2hilTxBOatiyEfHV4WZRJVTY5seATy&amp;data=02%7C01%7Csa_dp105%40uakron.edu%7C4c42b7cd01de4649772008d7e2234925%7Ce8575dedd7f94ecea4aa0b32991aeedd%7C0%7C0%7C637226513494968221&amp;sdata=MFgLfvdbMuGfk4vKw%2B7jMWPThQLBhW1X1Ck6fLWK81Q%3D&amp;reserved=0\"><strong>application<\/strong><\/a><strong>\nis August 15, 2020<\/strong>.
