Students in\nLARW II interested in trying out will need to notify their LARW II professor to\nindicate that they are using their oral arguments as their Moot Court try-out.\nAdditionally, a copy of their LARW II brief will need to be sent to Emily\nRich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Students not\ncurrently enrolled in LARW II will be asked to prepare a seven-minute oral\nargument based on a short fact pattern that will be provided closer to the\ntry-out date. In addition, students will be required to submit their LARW II\nbrief as a writing sample. Oral arguments will\nbe scheduled for after finals.
