The Intern is responsible for supporting the legal department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPECIFIC DUTIES\/ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Contract administration, filing and tagging in the web-based document management system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Send template agreements out for electronic signature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Organize and electronically file hard copy archive documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ensure documentation and compliance with established processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Assist with a wide variety of legal support activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Enrolled in law school<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Previous experience in assisting counsel with contracts and using a contract management system, preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to take initiative to build relationships and successfully work in a team environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Good business judgment and initiative and the ability to take independent and decisive action, and to know when to seek advice<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 High professional ethics<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
