The law clerk will assist supervising attorneys in all stages of client matters including client communications, conducting legal research, and reviewing\/drafting legal documents. The law clerk will gain experience in both transactional and litigation matters. The law clerk will be encouraged to practice problem-solving skills within the context of various legal issues and engage in discussions and strategy planning with the supervising attorney.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school as a rising 2L, or rising 3L.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Required Documents: Cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript.
