Only residents in the United States are eligible to win. No purchase necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwcounsel.com\/scholarship\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Broslavsky &amp; Weinman, LLP\u00a0ESSAY CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES:<\/a><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eligibility: The contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia), Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in this Contest constitutes entrant\u2019s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor\u2019s and Host\u2019s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timing: The Contest begins on at February 2nd, 2024 9:00 AM PST and ends on December 14th, 2024 12:00 PM PST.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to Enter : During the Contest Period, you can enter at: www.bwcounsel.com\/scholarship. Then, follow the directions to fill out the form and upload the essay.<br>Essay (3 pages or less), entitled \u201c<strong>How Social Media Impacts the Law<\/strong>\u201d known as your submission (\u201cSubmission\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essay Guidelines:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Submission must be in a Microsoft Word format<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Submission must not exceed 3 pages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Submission\u2019s description must be in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Submission cannot have been plagiarized<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind or exhibited or displayed publicly through any means.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prize:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>One (1) $1,000 College Scholarship (terms and conditions apply). Approximate Retail Value: $1,000. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided here in at the Sponsor\u2019s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and\/or use. Limit: One (1) scholarship per person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prize Awarding:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Potential winner will be notified by either email, mail or phone approximately 48 hours following the conclusion of the Contest Period. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the scholarship. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize may be awarded to a runner-up, if any, at the sole discretion.
