The $1,000 scholarship aims to assist with expenses for students accepted into a school anywhere in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility Criteria:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accepted and planning to attend school as a pre-law undergraduate or entering law school in fall 2025-26<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3.0 GPA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Requirements (Due by March 15, 2026):<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed resume<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One to three-page typed essay on a topic of the applicant\u2019s choice related to their intended area of law<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete school transcripts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acceptance letter from a U.S. school<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of legal residency in the U.S. (e.g., birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Award Details:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$1,000 scholarship for tuition and related expenses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment made directly to the recipient<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recipient must submit receipts in accordance with IRS regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notification of selection by April 1, 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Deadline:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit completed applications through the form at their website by March 15, 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Application Site:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.windinjurylaw.com\/scholarship-application\/\">Scholarship Application &#8211; Wind Law, LLC<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wind Law, LLC is excited to announce its annual scholarship for students planning to attend school in the fall of 2025-26 as either a pre-law undergraduate or a first-year law student.
