The scholarship provides $1,000 to help one eligible student with educational expenses, including tuition, class materials, and other costs directly connected to completing a degree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligibility Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be the child of a licensed teacher, professor, or other educator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program within the United States.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be at least 17 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be a permanent resident or citizen of the United States.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed online scholarship application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of enrollment at an accredited institution, such as an acceptance letter, unofficial transcript, or similar documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evidence of the applicant\u2019s most recently achieved GPA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An essay of approximately 500 words responding to the prompt: Describe how your parent\u2019s career as an educator impacted your academic pursuits.
