One scholarship is awarded each semester to an undergraduate or graduate student who has a parent or family member who has been incarcerated. <a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pullanyoung.com\/scholarship\"><strong>pullanyoung.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligibility Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a parent or family member who has been incarcerated<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be enrolled in or accepted into an accredited college or university in the United States for the Spring 2027 semester<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be at least 18 years old at the time of application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed application form through the OVC Scholarship Network<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required essay or personal statement submitted through the application<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of enrollment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student headshot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consent to publish the essay and share the recipient\u2019s name and photo if selected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any additional materials requested by the scholarship application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information, visit the website at: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pullanyoung.com\/scholarship\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.pullanyoung.com\/scholarship<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Scholarship Amount: $1,000 Application Deadline: March 8, 2027 Overview: The Pullan &amp; Young Supporting Prisoners\u2019 Families Scholarship was established by Pullan &amp; Young to help make higher education more accessible and affordable for students affected by incarceration in their families.
