Inspired by Attorney Sheri Coover&#8217;s experience working through college as a single parent of four children, this scholarship provides $1,000 to assist with tuition, class materials, and other educational expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligibility Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must be a single parent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an undergraduate or graduate program within the United States for the Fall 2027 semester.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be at least 17 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be a citizen of the United States.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed online scholarship application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of enrollment at an accredited institution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation of the applicant&#8217;s achieved GPA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Headshot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An essay of approximately 750 words responding to the prompt: Why did you decide to go to college as a single parent? How does attending and pursuing your college degree affect your children?
