Missing messages

Not getting an expected listserv message – like the Email Digest? Here are some things you can check:

Your role. Some lists, like the Digest, are only for users with a specific role – like Employee. If your role changes you may no longer be automatically included on a role-based list – check with the list owner to see if there are other options.

Spam/Junk. The rules around messages being flagged as Spam or Junk can change over time. If you find a listserv message in your Spam or Junk folder, right click the message and choose “Not Junk/Not Spam” to move it back to your Inbox.

Focused vs. Other. Depending on your interface, your Inbox may be split into Focused and Other tabs – with listserv messages usually migrating to the Other tab. On your desktop, you can right-click the message and indicate it should always be in the Focused tab.

Favorites & Folders. If you’ve been further managing your Inbox, check your Favorites area to see if the messages have been filed there.

Quarantine. Even before a message arrives at your Inbox, Microsoft will scan incoming messages for threats. You can check this quarantine area by logging in with your UA credentials here: https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine
