Subscribers on a list can be modified in bulk.\u00a0 Start by logging-in<\/a> to the online interface, then click View or Manage Subscribers.<\/p>\n

Delete in Bulk<\/strong><\/p>\n

To remove all the subscribers from your list, locate the Subscriber panel:<\/p>\n

Click the toggle checkbox – highlighted here – to select all the Subscribers on the page.<\/p>\n

Click the Quiet checkbox, then click “Delete selected email addresses”<\/p>\n

This will remove all the subscribers from the list on that page.\u00a0 If your list has more subscribers, the screen will reload and show the next set of subscribers.<\/p>\n

To speed up the process, set the page size to 500 \"\"<\/p>\n

Repeat until you get a message that the list has no subscribers.<\/p>\n

Add in Bulk<\/strong><\/p>\n

To add many subscribers at once, click the Multiple Add button in the add user section<\/p>\n

You’ll be taken to a screen with a large box for pasting multiple entries.\u00a0 The example in the box will go away when you click in that box.<\/p>\n

When pasting, the information should be in this format:<\/p>\n

email@something.com\u00a0 FirstName1 LastName1\r\notheremail@other.org FirstName2 LastName2<\/pre>\n
The names are optional.\u00a0 You are limited to 1,000 entries at one time, but this can be repeated as needed.<\/p>\n
With entries in the large box, click the “quiet”<\/a>\u00a0 checkbox.<\/p>\n
Then, click Add Subscribers:<\/p>\n

The list will report back the number of subscribers.\u00a0 Repeat as needed (no more than 1,000 at a time), until you have updated your list.<\/p>\n
