Activate Your Course<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Before students can access your course in Springboard!, you must activate\/open it.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Log in to\u00a0the course you want to activate.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    Click Edit Course<\/span><\/strong> (far right of the Course NavBar).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    Click\u00a0Course Offering Information<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Click Course\u00a0is Active<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Save<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \n

    Copy Components from one course to another<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    The Copy Course Components<\/strong> function allows you to reuse materials from an existing course. However, user data is NOT<\/span><\/strong> copied. Follow these steps to select and copy existing course components from one course to another. For best results, work through these steps in order. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

    Step 1: Access Copy Components <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    1. Log in to\u00a0the course you want to add components.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Click Edit Course <\/strong>(far right of the Course NavBar)<\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

    3. Click Import\/Export\/Copy Components<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4. Select Copy Course Components from Another Org Unit<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5. Click Next.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Step 2: Choose Components to Copy <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

    1. <\/span>Choose Existing Offering <\/span><\/strong>to copy components from another course offering you’re enrolled in. You can select an offering from the list or click Search for offering<\/span><\/strong> to find the course offering using a pop-up window. <\/span><\/p>\n

    2. After selecting the existing course offering, the bottom section of the page expands to list the components available. You can either Copy all items<\/span><\/strong> from a given component\/tool, or you can Select individual items to copy<\/span><\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

    3. After selecting the components to copy, scroll down and click Next<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    4. The next screen verifies your selections. Click Next<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

    5. The screen will show the copy progress. When it is complete, click Done<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
