Schultz. CPIP\u2019s focus was the scholarly analysis of intellectual property (IP) rights and the technological, commercial, and creative innovation they<\/span><span class=\"x_xxxcontentpasted5\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_xxxnormaltextrun\">facilitate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>In 2020,\u00a0<span class=\"x_xxxnormaltextrun\">CPIP rebranded to the\u00a0<strong>Center for Intellectual Property x Innovation Policy (C-IP<\/strong><\/span><strong><span class=\"x_xxxnormaltextrun\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"x_xxxnormaltextrun\">; pronounced \u201c<i>sip-squared<\/i>\u201c), highlighting the important intersection between IP and innovation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>In February 2025, C-IP<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0ceased operations at Scalia Law.<\/li>\n<li>In March 2025, the former C-IP<sup>2<\/sup>\u00a0team, headed by Professor Mark F.
