{"id":1846,"date":"2014-11-04T16:42:41","date_gmt":"2014-11-04T20:42:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.uakron.edu\/waynec3\/?p=1846"},"modified":"2014-11-04T16:42:41","modified_gmt":"2014-11-04T20:42:41","slug":"window-clips-high-school-logos-and-community-involvement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uakron.edu\/waynec3\/2014\/11\/04\/window-clips-high-school-logos-and-community-involvement\/","title":{"rendered":"Window clips, high school logos, and community involvement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hello everyone,<\/p>\n<p>With mid-semester upon us, this has to be the busiest time our makerspace has yet experienced.\u00a0 For the past week or so, all three printers are under continual use, mostly from the engineering students printing motor parts, the RC Club printing airplane parts, student printing their own things, etc.\u00a0 All three are humming along with minor problems here and there.\u00a0 I didn\u2019t expect this, but students now ask if we will buy more 3D printers, given they have to wait and take turns using them.<\/p>\n<p>Friday before last, Kevin Platz and kids from the Orrville Boys &amp;
