#CollegeHacks That Will Save You Money

We know that being a college student can be hard financially, so we put together a list of #collegehacks that can help save you money. Some of them are library related and some are not.

Textbooks

Stop in the library to see if your textbooks are available to checkout or request. We have some of the more general class’s textbooks available on reserve for a two hour check. If we don’t have your textbook on reserve we can also check to see if it is available in our regular collection or in OhioLINK.  You can also check with your professors to see if you can use an older edition if the current edition isn’t available.

Buddy System

Make a friend that is in the same major as you that way you can carpool to main campus together, not only will you save money on gas you can also share a parking pass. If you have to miss class one day you will always have someone there that will share their notes with you. You may even be able to share textbooks.
