We invited the Western Reserve Academy to visit and learn more about our Department of Biomedical Engineering. They toured our different labs, including The Signals Research Lab. We showcased some of our new equipment and discussed current and ongoing research being conducted.

We were invited by Isabella, a senior at Western Reserve Academy, to present for a session of her lecture series “Diverse Discoveries”, where the goal is to emphasize representation in the research community. We had a wonderful time presenting about our lab, what it means to be a researcher, and being a woman in STEM! It was a great opportunity to connect with new students and share our experiences in the field.
