Aliaksei (Alex) Boika is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemistry, University of Akron. He obtained his Ph.D. in Chemistry from University of Saskatchewan (Canada) in 2010, where he learnt the art of electrochemistry with Andrzej Baranski. Afterwards, Alex did his postdoc at the Center for Electrochemistry, University of Texas at Austin, working with Allen Bard in 2011-2014. Dr. Boika started his independent career at Akron in Fall 2014 and received tenure in 2020.
