The Graduate School will be hosting its fall Dissertation Boot Camp on Friday, October 18th, from 8am-5pm in the Library.

As graduate students, we know you are busy and have obligations that often prevent you from focusing on the completion of your thesis/dissertation. We have developed the Boot Camp to help with that!

The camp has no structured instruction – it is dedicated, focused time for writing. Students have also used this time for exam preparation.

Whatever you need to accomplish, we will provide you with meals, snacks and an uninterrupted place to focus.

GET HELP WRITING YOUR THESIS OR DISSERTATION

The Graduate School is partnering with University Libraries to bring you two writing workshops for your thesis/dissertation.

The workshops will be held from 4-6pm on September 3rd and 5th in the Student Union Theater.

The Graduate School in conjunction with the Library will be hosting a Dissertation Boot Camp on March 15, 2019 in the Bierce Library.  The all day event will run from 7am to 6pm.  The goal is to provide a distraction-free environment where students can focus on the writing/work – no formal instruction or interruptions.  Meals and snacks are provided.  Any graduate student wishing to spend a focused day on their work are welcome to participate.

Seating is limited to 30, and the price for food is $20.
