Main Purpose: To support I/O Psychology students with exceptional research skills in completing dissertation research.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Doctoral candidate in I/O Psychology
- Dissertation proposal must already be approved
- Actively involved in the process of completing dissertation
- Will be required to present research during a visit to the Human Resources Research Organization
