(1) List your judicial experience (courts and years):
I have not served as a judge.

(2) What about your non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a
judge?
I have been a juvenile public defender, a prosecutor, a civil attorney, and
a hearing officer during my nearly twenty years as an attorney. I have
also arbitrated and mediated cases for the Better Business Bureau and
the Hamilton County courts, as well as substituting as a Commissioner
for the City of Cincinnati Civil Service Commission. I currently
volunteer with the Volunteer Lawyers Project for the Legal Aid Society
of Southwest Ohio doing pro-bono work for indigent domestic relation
clients.
In addition to serving my community as a lawyer I am a member of the
Talbert House Board of Trustees and serve as the chair of my church’s
parish council. My entire legal career has been dedicated to the
proposition that everyone deserves equal access to justice. The
breadth of my legal experience makes me uniquely and unquestionably
qualified to serve as an outstanding judge in the Court of Common
Pleas.

(3) Why are you running for this particular court seat?
The Court of Common Pleas is the part of our judicial system with
which most people are likely to interact. The complexity of the cases
and the human toll of their outcomes require a judge with experience
on both sides of criminal and civil cases. I have that experience and I
know that we need judges who will respect the rights of every party
appearing before them. If I am elected I will bring to the bench a
thorough understanding of law and a respect for the parties appearing
before me
