Md. Nayeem Arafat received his PhD degree from the University of Akron in 2014. He is currently working at AC Propulsion. His research interests include single/three-phase inverter control, power quality improvement of utility-connected inverter systems, grid-connected boost-type inverters, and distributed power generation systems.
Mohammad Wasi Uddin received his PhD degree from the University of Akron in 2016. He is currently working at Schaeffler Group. His area of interests are renewable energy systems, design and control of electric machines – particularly Switched Reluctance Machines.
Mohamed Badawy received his received his PhD degree from the University of Akron in 2016. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Saint Jose State University. His research interests are renewable energy grid interfacing systems and power electronics for advanced electric vehicles.
Fatih Cingoz received received his received his PhD degree from the University of Akron in 2016. He is currently working at Doosan Fuel Cells. His research interests are micro-grid and renewable energy resources.
Burak Tekgun received his PhD degree from the University of Akron in 2016. He is currently an Assistant Professor at Abdullah Gul University. His research interests include core loss measurements and modeling, motor design, control, wide band gap devices and inverters.
