Ideas for research areas include but are not limited to: the impact of family presence, influencing nurse certification and implementing standards for healthy work environments.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must hold a Master’s degree or have completed candidacy requirements in a BSN-to-PhD or DNP program
- Must be a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN)
- Research project should last around two years in duration
- Investigators will be expected to present completed studies at the National Teaching Institute & Critical Care Exposition
