Main Purpose: To help fund research related to critical care nursing practice. It should relate to the American Association of Critical Care Nurses’ five research priorities which are:
- Effective and appropriate use of technology to achieve optimal patient assessment, management and/or outcomes
- Creation of healing, humane environment
- Processes and systems that foster the optimal contribution of critical care nurses
- Effective approaches to symptom management
- Prevention and management of complications

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must hold a Master’s degree or have completed candidacy requirements in a BSN-to-PhD or DNP program
- Must be a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) or Sigma Theta Tau International (Honor Society of Nursing)
