(2) What about your non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a
judge?
I was in private practice from 1992 until my appointment as a
Magistrate in Family Court in 2004. My practice primarily focused on
Family Law, representing parents and juveniles and serving as a Court
appointed Guardian ad Litem. I obtained administrative experience as
an Accounting Manager for GE Capital.
(3) Why are you running for this particular court seat?
I dedicated the past 14 years to serving the children and families of
Stark County as a Judge and Magistrate. I developed and presented
programs in Stark County addressing parenting and communication for
never married parents, and cyber-bullying and sexting education
presentations for teenagers and parents. I wish to continue serving the
families of Stark County and looking after the best interest of our
children.
