Recent changes to the Resources section of the UL Portal

I recently made two changes under the Resources section of the UL Portal

  1. I corrected the Footprints link. This link now goes to the library systems problem report form. These problem reports go directly to Susan, Michael, and Marlene.
  2. I added a link to the electronic resources problem report form. These problems reports go directly to Frank and Anna.

How to use the Footprints link from the UL Portal!

Please note the link to Footprints on the UL Portal links to the main Footprints problem reporting form. In order to ensure your problem report gets routed promptly and properly to either Systems (Mike, Susan, and Marlene) or Web-Electronic Services (Trevor, Frank, and Anna), please do the following:

In the Ticket Information section, select Departmental Request in the Request Type drop down and select Library under Category.   The Problem Type drop down menu will then display the problem types you are used to seeing the on the Library Systems Footprints form.
