I served in the Columbiana County Court from 1993-2001; Was the Salem City Magistrate in 1992
(2) What about your non-judicial legal experience qualifies you to be a judge?
The fact that I have been a practicing attorney for over 32 years handling criminal and civil cases qualifies me for the position. Further having a combine 9 years as an assistant prosecuting attorney has allowed me to see cases from both sides.
(3) Why are you running for this particular court seat?
My experience as a judge, prosecutor, defense counsel and civil litigator allows me to be prepared to handle any type of case that would come before me as judge. I am the most qualified candidate for the position given my years of experience hearing and trying jury trials, along with trials to the bench.
