In December 2017, David Procházka completed an introduction for a new edition of Paul Dukas’ overture Polyeucte, to be published by Musikproduktion Höflich in Munich. Dukas is best known for composing The Sorcerers’ Apprentice. Polyeucte is an early work, based on Corneille’s play of the same title.
While the complete edition (score + intro) will only be available in print; the introduction itself will eventually appear on the publisher’s site.
