(3) Why are you running for this particular court seat?

I have spent my entire legal career representing and helping the families and citizens of Ottawa County as an attorney in private practice; upholding the law as a Prosecuting Attorney; and presiding over thousands of cases as both an Acting Judge and Magistrate. Election to this position will allow me to continue my career-long passion and commitment to justice for the citizens of Ottawa County. My roots are in Ottawa County; I’ve lived here for over thirty seven years, raised my children here, and now have a three year old granddaughter beginning her education in the same school as her father and aunt attended.
