I am a third-year Political Science major in the 3+3 program. I am actively involved on campus as a member of the Aramark Dining Committee and DLT, as well as through my involvement in the Greek community and Honors College. Outside of academics and extracurriculars, I work on campus as a lifeguard and swim instructor.

Hey Zips! My name is Sridevi Swaminathan, and I am a sophomore majoring in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. I am a part of the LECOM Medical School EAP program here at UAkron. Previously, I held a position as a senator at large and vice chair of the A.P.S.S. committee. Outside of USG, I am a university ambassador, president of Students Advocating for Empowerment, president of Sigma Lambda, and a part of the honors college advisory council. I am truly honored to serve and advocate as your vice senate chair for this school year!

Outside of USG I’m involved with ZipsVote, the League of Women Voters, Ignite, College Democrats, Hiking and Outdoors club, and I’m currently working at the UA School of Law. Hello! My name is Logan Simas, and I am going into my second year at UA. I'm a political science major with a second major in public relations. Within USG, I serve as a Senator At-Large. On campus, I'm the President of AK-ROWDIES, the Philanthropy Chairman of Phi Gamma Delta - AO (FIJI), and a University Ambassador.

I'm double majoring in Global Studies and Communications and also serve as the Vice President for Francophone Student Association. I am also and Honors student and love the community that comes with living in the Honors complex. My name is Eliza Kleinschmidt, and I am a second-year Biomedical Science major! I am excited to serve as a Senator At-Large again for the 26-27 academic year. This year I will also serve as the chair of the Student Engagement Committee. Last year, I created a Sexual Violence Awareness Campaign through USG and am excited to continue refining it this year. Hey! My name is Nathan Mitchell, and I’m a first-year Biomedical Science major in the Class of 2030. After graduating from Akron, I hope to attend NEOMED and pursue a career in medicine. This is my first year in USG, where I’ll be serving as the Senator of Off-Campus Living and as a member of the FAST Committee.
