Duties: Performing legal research, drafting memos and preparing high-level overviews, presenting new case law and regulations to the attorney team. Performing other legal work in areas such as general business law, contract drafting and negotiation, securities, advertising, food law, intellectual property, and more. Interns will assist various attorneys and have the opportunity to gain substantive legal experience in numerous areas of law. Will also have the opportunity to participate in meetings with the business teams.
Qualifications: 2L (full-time) or 3L (part-time) and top 25% of class preferred.
