AkronLawJobsNo. 8508 Overview: A small plaintiff’s personal injury firm has an immediate opening for a law clerk. Handles torts, property, contract, criminal defense, and occasionally federal law issues.
Hours: Part-time and schedule is very flexible.
Duties: Will be responsible for performing research on various subjects. Responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery. Will also be responsible for filing any motions or pleadings that are in local courts. Also responsible for administrative tasks including answering phones, sending letters, and contacting clients or counsel.
Salary: $13.00 per hour.
