Join the Federalist Society and ACLU on November 12 at 12:05 in room L-151 for an exciting debate on whether the United State’s policy toward enemy combatants is legal. The debate will feature Lieutenant Colonel David R. Frakt, U.S. Air Force (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_J._R._Frakt), and Major Kyndra Rotunda, U.S. Army (http://www.kyndrarotunda.com/). Both speakers are current military JAG officers who have extensive legal experience in the War on Terror. LTC Frakt and Major Rotunda have both testified before Congress on the treatment of enemy combatants, and are known for their outspoken views. 1 hour of CLE credit will be available for those who attend.
