Assist in-house attorneys in managing all aspects of high volume product liability litigation including factual investigation and analysis, discovery, research, file management, and interaction with employees and outside counsel. Strong written and oral communication skills and sensitivity to confidentiality issues is required. Demonstrated interest in litigation, product liability, or trial preparation is preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows XP is beneficial
